Important notice of counterfeited KITO Products

Dear valued customers:

We would like to thank you for choosing KITO products.

This is to inform you that counterfeited KITO products have been found and distributed in the Indonesian domestic markets.

KITO’s manual chain hoists, lever hoists, electric chain hoists, etc. sold by authorized distributors are all produced by KITO Corporation in Japan and exported to Indonesia.

In many cases, unauthorized distributers are selling counterfeited products, illegally naming KITO brands at very low prices through the Internet or at retail stores. Those counterfeited products are made very low quality and potentially jeopardize the customer’s safety and productivity.

Take one specific example, many of counterfeited ES series electric chain hoists, shown in the left photo have been found in the market already. The ES series had been produced in Japan and sold in the world market until 2001, but now they are neither produced nor the brand-new product is available. Please be remined that brand-new authentic ES series electric chain hoists are not distributed in the Indonesian markets currently.

さて最近、インドネシア市場におけるキトー製品の偽造品の流通が確認されています。

正規代理店が販売するキトー製の手動式チェーンブロック、レバーホイスト、電動チェーンチェーンブロック等は、すべて日本の株式会社キトーが生産し、インドネシア向けに輸出しております。

違法な業者は、インターネットや実店舗を通じてKITOブランドを違法に使用した偽造品を安価に販売しているケースが多いです。偽造品は品質が低く、お客様の生産活動や安全を脅かす可能性が高いため購入先には十分ご注意ください。

一例としましては左の写真にある電気チェーンブロックESシリーズの偽造品が多く発見されております。このESシリーズの電気チェーンブロックは2001年まで、日本で製造し世界各国で販売しておりましたが、現在は製造、販売しておりません。従いまして、電気チェーンブロックESシリーズの新品の正規品が現在のインドネシア市場に流通することはございませんのでご注意ください。

Dengan ini kami informasikan bahwa produk KITO palsu telah ditemukan dan didistribusikan di pasar domestik Indonesia.

Kerekan rantai manual KITO (KITO’s manual chain hoists), kerekan tuas (lever hoists), kerekan rantai listrik (electric chain hoists), dll. yang dijual oleh distributor resmi semuanya diproduksi oleh KITO Corporation di Jepang dan diekspor ke Indonesia.

Dalam banyak kasus, distributor tidak resmi menjual produk palsu, secara ilegal menamai merek KITO dengan harga sangat rendah melalui Internet atau di toko ritel. Produk palsu tersebut dibuat dengan kualitas sangat rendah dan berpotensi membahayakan keselamatan dan produktivitas pelanggan.

Ambil satu contoh spesifik, banyak kerekan rantai listrik seri ES palsu, yang ditunjukkan di foto kiri, telah ditemukan di pasaran. Seri ES telah diproduksi di Jepang dan dijual di pasar dunia hingga tahun 2001, tetapi sekarang tidak diproduksi atau produk baru tersedia. Harap diingat bahwa kerekan rantai listrik seri ES otentik terbaru tidak didistribusikan di pasar Indonesia saat ini.
