Following the Phase 1, PT Kito Indonesia continue it’s CSR program for Covid-19 Vaccination to Cibarusah sub-district’s community. We provide total of 4,300 vials of Astrazeneca as well as distribution of masks to covid -19 vaccine participants.

BACKGROUND PT Kito Indonesia realizes that the implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a moral responsibility to stakeholders and company owners. The implementation of CSR is the company’s commitment to play an active role in realizing sustainable national and global development goals.

Kito Crosby enters into agreement to acquire eepos GmbH

It gives me great pleasure to announce that we have entered into an agreement to acquire eepos GmbH (“eepos”) and its subsidiaries. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of 2024.
