1. Material Handling Engineer (url : Talentics )

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

– As Front-End Engineer, able to transform customer requirement into basic specification and design,

– To support customer with several documents such as design calculation, general arrangement drawing, detail drawing and cost breakdown,

– Able to present the idea/concept into standard technical drawing,

– Able to make basic control system (ladder) and medium voltage application,

– Able to make basic engineering free-body diagram, modeling, and engineering analysis (such as stress, strain, critical point analysis)

– Able to interpret the technical requirement into machining and welding specification,

– To support sales in coordinating with contractor and/or end user for any issues and/or problems related to design and/or relevant issues at the job site,

– To communicate with sub-contractor and related Departments i.e Sales Department, Service and Maintenance Department about any issues that might interfere with the execution of master schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering

– Having experience in the same construction field or Fresh Graduate is also acceptable

– Mechanical Design Engineering skills (Main)

– Have basic understanding of project planning

– Have good skill in computer aided design and finite element

– Have basic understanding in control system

– Good interpersonal skill and able to work in a team

– Ability to work creatively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

– English both speaking and writing is preferable

2. Sales Engineer (url : Talentics )

The  Sales Engineer will be reporting  to Sales Manager and supports all functions of the sales process. The person will be in charge for selling the products and achieve the company sales target by establishing contact and developing new customers, maintain good relationships with existing customers by providing support and informations, following-up customer inquiries and quotations, maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards, coordinate with related Department for stock status, customer’s payment and delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor’s Degree preferably from sales/marketing/engineering related major

– Having work experience in the same field at least 1-2 year preferably  in multinational manufacturing company.

– Candidate lives in Bekasi area is preferable

– Good interpersonal skill, Good negotiation and presentation skills, and able to work in a team

– Ability to work creatively, initiative and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment

– Excellent computer skills; Windows, MS office programs  including Power Point

– Ability to Fluency in English both speaking and writing is amust

3. Finance & Accounting Staff (Recruitment Closed)

JOB DESCRIPTION :

– Perform AR day to day activities by verifying transaction, update collection by notifying customers

– Perform petty cash and bank key in and verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions

– Perform account verification by reconciling bank statements and transactions

– Preparing monthly and yearly tax payment and reconcile

– Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.

– Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.

– Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions in Accurate system

REQUIREMENTS:

– Bachelor (S1) degree/Diploma (D3) majoring in Accounting from reputable University

– Having work experience in at least 1 years in a similar position, preferably in a multinational or Japanese company

– Good knowledge in accounting and familiar with Indonesian tax regulation, Hold Tax Brevet A & B certificate would be preferable

– Excellent computer skills of Microsoft Office spread sheet & Familiar with Accurate would be advantage· Discipline, proactive, strong commitment, good integrity, good behavior, well organized, quick learner, good teamwork, take initiative & open minded· Able to work under pressure and deadline oriented

– Fluency in English both speaking and writing· Willing to work in Cikarang area, candidate lives in Bekasi area is preferable
